Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 3 Tablespoons erithrytol
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, measured liquid
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut shreds

Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil, then measure.
  2. Add peanut butter, cacao powder, melted coconut oil, erithrytol and salt to a medium sized mixing bowl.
  3. Mix together until well blended.
  4. Set in refrigerator for 2 hours until solid.
  5. Take out 1 Tablespoon of mixture out at a time, forming into small balls.
  6. Roll in coconut.
  7. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  8. Allow to sit in refrigerator for another 2 hours until solid.
  9. Store in refrigerator.
